Learning through Play

The Warhol tutor group have been enhancing their learning through game play across the core subjects. Not only has this promoted social skills through collaboration and teamwork, the games have been used to stimulate critical thinking and problem solving.

In Maths we have been applying our knowledge of vectors to win at Vector Snakes and Ladders; in English playing Scrabble has been highly effective method for practicing vocabulary and language skills.
