CATERING SUCCESS GALLERY

We are so proud of Churchward School student Ajay who received two distinctions and a merit for his three dishes.

Ajay received a distinction for his poached salmon with smashed potatoes. He also received a distinction for his dish of Haddock Rarebit with roasted tomatoes on the vine. His dessert of Plums poached in red wine gained Ajay a merit. 

Ajay was also complimented for the improvement in his food presentation.

A really positive day for Ajay!
